We incorporate longer rest periods to help you recover and perform at your best. The pace is steady and intentional, designed to help you progress while keeping you engaged. Perfect for anyone looking to boost their strength and build muscle, Set the Tone offers a balanced approach to powerful, effective workouts.
This is a perfect fit for All Fitness Level, since every member will lift their own weights.

One More Rep

Yoga - Ebb & Flow

All Fitness Level 

Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, Ebb & Flow offers a foundational practice with variations and modifications to create the accessibility or challenge you are looking for. You will be guided through Hatha yoga asanas (postures) from different positions; seated, standing, kneeling, lying and more. Throughout you will be encouraged to connect your breath and intention with your movement and be fully present in your body. Take an hour for yourself and leave feeling renewed and aligned in body, mind and soul.

Bend & Flex

All Fitness Level  

Bend & Flex is a mobility and stretching class designed to aid muscle flexibility and enhance joint mobility as well as stability and strength, promoting optimal range of motion. This class focuses on gentle stretches, dynamic and static postures that may relieve muscle tension allowing for smooth and efficient movement. Participants work through a series of guided exercises that can help increase circulation, improve posture, and boost overall body awareness. Ideal for all fitness levels, Bend & Flex is an excellent way to recover after intense workouts or simply end your day feeling more agile and relaxed.
